Happiness Essential to Sales Success

In a recent study of one of the most successful sales teams anywhere, we discovered the importance of happiness in the sales process. We measured the Emotional Intelligence of this exceptional sales team on an individual basis. There were only 4 of 15 attributes, in which the members of this exceptional team score unusually high. Happiness was one of the four and while surprising, is ever so logical.
